Petros Zervos was born in Athens in 1958, where he also studied architecture. Since 1978 he has published cartoons and comics in the magazines Thourio, Babel, Scholiastis, Convoy, Neo Epipedo and Frasi, and has also taken part in numerous exhibitions. Since 2000 he has been collaborating regularly with the comic magazine "9" of the newspaper Eleftherotypia. Because of this, he published the anthology "Strokes" (Verlag Tegopoulos, 2003). On the occasion of the 2004 Olympic Games, he published a collection of corresponding satirical caricatures under the title "Athens 2004" (publisher Tegopoulos). Zervos has worked as an illustrator and caricaturist for the Sunday editions of the newspaper "Ethnos" and "Eleftherotypia". Today he works for the “Efimerida ton Syntakton”, “Dromos tis Aristeras”, “Ergatiki Aristera”, the street magazine “Schedia” and the weekly newspaper “Agora”.
